Founder and CEO of The Palacio Properties

From foster care to CEO, Jia has worked in real estate and operations her entire career. By 20, she was already in senior management in the mortgage services industry; at 27, she became an AVP; and soon after, she served as Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale, AZ. After 25 years in executive leadership, she chose a different path—one built around meeting people from all over the world, creating memorable stays, and building a life with her two children.

That passion became Palacio Properties. Jia combined a love for hospitality with deep expertise in systems and automation to create a customer-first experience supported by consistent processes and curated, comfortable interiors designed specifically for travelers. Our model is built for short-term and vacation stays—not room-sharing—so guests can enjoy privacy, consistency, and a smooth experience whether traveling for business or pleasure.

Our goal is simple: only the best locations, paired with thoughtful amenities and essentials. If we choose a property, it’s been carefully vetted by our team—so you can book with confidence.
